I changed fingerboard-rhythm p/u to a PAF style unit to get a sweeter sound there. the selector switch is in the typical LP location. The original pick ups were both Dimarzio. The head stock emblems are all inlaid in abalone or simulated abalone(?). Neck is set in the body & the transition there is a very smooth taper.įinger board is rosewood and has the large rectangular MOP position markers. White neck binding has black dot position markers & single black pinstripe that follows all around the neck & head stock. There was also a Made in KOREA sticker on the back of the head stock but that is long gone.Ĭolor is all black w/white binding that has double black pinstripes along the body binding. Gold production sticker on the back of the neck down by the joint has: HDDCS-2B printed in black on it. Guitar is a double cutaway carved top Les Paul copy. So it was the guitar w/case + $150 for the cabs.

Ī friend of mine just had to have those cabs. I have a HONDO II that I traded two homemade Voice Of Theater PA cabinets for in 1980.
